It’s definitely training my waist but in the most comfortable way. I did the sit down test and it passed. Before this only the waist trainers that hurt when I sit down worked for me but this one is great!
If you wear a Large on top get a medium.. that’s what I got and it’s perfect!!
The shoulder straps are thick and it's great. No horrible pressure points. The material is thick and soft and it actually fits. Exactly as posted love it.

I ordered a Medium according to the size chart. I can get the girdle on using the last row and even zip it, it feel very flattering in the armpit area with my flesh pouring out. This is a very beautiful and well made girdle/corset. I would definitely go up a size when ordering.

It works well. After charging for a while, I don't know how to work, so I don't think it comes up much. I contacted them and they help a lot. Feel really well.
A really great device. Inflatable wave height to right and left-right is recommended. It's up to the house with a courier. What's better than that? Loaded should not be connected to electricity while operating. The vibration is very strong. I have another very expensive device. And yet I am more satisfied with this model. If I knew him I wouldn't buy the second that would be better because of a warmer temperature

This the best shoulder support I have used. I have tried multiple shoulder supports and this by far is the best. The other supports come under my armpits and can get uncomfortable not to mention stinky, especially if you wear it during workouts. This support crosses on your back and goes over the shoulders making it much more comfortable. Since it doesn.t go under my armpits it doesn't get the sweat from my arm pits.
